If you abide in My Word, you are My disciples indeed. You shall know the Truth and the Truth shall make you free. --John 8:32

Pilate therefore said to Him, "Are You a king then?" Jesus answered, "You say rightly that I Am a king. For this cause I was born, and for this cause I have come into the world, that I should bear witness to the Truth. Everyone who is of the Truth hears My voice." Pilate said to Him, "What is Truth?" - John 18:37+38

''What is truth'' the roman governor asked the King of heaven! But he didn't want to know because he gave into the pressures of the crowd and washed his hands and walked away! I plead with you not to make the same mistake, but just relax and take a little time to get to know the Truth. The Holy Bible reveals to us what Truth is -- first of all we hear the Son of God make the statement in the Gospel of John, He says --'' I Am the Truth '' also in the Gospel of John in His prayer to His Father the Lord Jesus Christ says --'' Your word is Truth '' and in the first letter of John it's revealed that --'' The Spirit is Truth so now we know three essential Truths, the Messiah Jesus is the Truth, the Word of God is Truth, and the Holy Spirit is Truth. For salvation you need to believe the Truth, and when you know the Truth -- you'll love the Truth. For now just try to understand the Truth of the Holy Bible and listen to what the Holy Spirit says about the word of God --

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God. -- 2 Timothy 3:16

Forever, O LORD, Your word is settled in heaven. - Psalm 119:89

The entirety of Your word is truth. - Psalm 119:160

The Holy Bible is divine Truth all inspired by the Holy Spirit, for centuries men have tried to disapprove it but never could nor never will, its scientifically sound and historically accurate, actually many people that tried to prove the Bible wrong ended up becoming Christians themselves. Anyway just think about it -- of course our Creator is going to give us a way to get to know about Him. So now let's get to know the true God --

But Yahweh is the true God. He is the living God, the ever-lasting King......By His power He made the earth, by His wisdom set the world firm, but His discernment spread out the heavens. -- Jeremiah 10:10+12

All the peoples of the earth may come to know that Yahweh is God indeed and that there is no other. -- 1 Kings 8:60

And you will know that I Am Yahweh; those who hope in Me will not be disappointed. -- Isaiah 49:23

The God of the Bible has a few different Names but the closest translation in English of His most personal name is Yahweh. Sadly most modern Bible translations use the word Lord even where the name Yahweh should be used! The personal name of God is important because in the world today when people say 'God' they may not be specifically referring to the Judeo-Christian God, but in the Holy Bible when God or Lord is mentioned its always referring to Yahweh, actually the Hebrew name Yeshua (Which translates to Jesus in Greek) means ‘Yahweh saves’. There is only one true God, the Creator and Redeemer - the Lord God of Israel (but there's many false gods and the Holy Bible teaches that all false gods are really demons). The last words of our God and Saviour Jesus Christ when He was ascending into heaven where -

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations baptising them in The Name of The Father and of The Son and of The Holy Spirit. - Matthew 28:19

Notice He said in The ‘Name' of The Father The Son and Holy Spirit, One(God) name for(in) three separate persons. There are many such examples in The Bible proving The Trinity, examples -

For there are three that bear witness in heaven: The Father, The Word, and The Holy Spirit, and these three are One. -- 1 John 5:7

But Stephen, filled with the Holy Spirit, gazed into heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at God's right hand -- Acts 7:55

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you. -- 2 Corinthians 13:14

Anyway the Father, Son, Holy Spirit being one God is a mystery, so don't puzzle yourself about it, just accept God at His Word. Here's more Holy Scripture's that proves that The Lord Jesus Christ is God, --

Thomas answered and said to Him, '' my Lord and my God! ''. -- John 20:28

God was manifested in the flesh. -- 1 Timothy 3:16

I and My Father are One -- John 10:30

Now let's look at the second Commandment given to Moses almost 1500 years before Christ walked the earth --

''You shall not take The name of The Lord your God in vain, for The Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain''. -- Exodus 20:7

Everywhere in the world today the name Jesus Christ is continually cursed, but never anywhere or at anytime would you hear the names mohammed, krishna, buddha, allah, or any other false gods getting cursed. We know the God of Israel in the Old Testament is the same God that walked the earth in the New Testament because The God of Moses says --

"And He said, "Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, "I Am has sent me to you." -Exodus 3:14

One of the Names God calls Himself by is --"I Am'' And in The New Testament The Lord Jesus Christ says --

''Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.'' -- John 8:58

Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins, for if you do not believe that I Am, you will die in your sins. -- John 8:24

Listen again to God speak --

There is no other God besides Me, a just God and a Savior, There is none besides Me. Look to Me, and be saved, all you ends of the earth ! For I Am God, and there is no other. -- Isaiah 45:22

Do not be afraid, I Am the first and the last. I Am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I Am alive forevermore. Amen. and I have the keys of hell and of death... -- Revelation 1:18

Now that we know who the true God is we can now realise that His enemy, Satan, uses false religions as one of his ways to deceive people and distract them from the Truth, the devil and his demons use many other seductive and deceptive methods to keep people away from the Holy Saviour. Just listen to what The Holy Spirit has to say about those who are not in union with Christ --

In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. - 2 Corinthians 4:4

The whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one. - 1 John 5:19

Now I must say there's many ‘good’ pagans, muslims, and secular/humanist peoples in this world but sadly their deceived and they can only be saved if they come to the cross through faith and trust in God as their Saviour. (Praise the Lord!!! Thousands around the world are doing that every day) In the spiritual world the earth is a battlefield; It’s a holy war between the Saviour Jesus Christ and Satan for the souls of mankind. The spirit/soul of each person is eternal, so in this life our spirits/souls will be claimed by either the Lord or Satan, and God can only justify the believer, because only believers will be united with God by having their sins forgiven by the blood of Christ and receiving the Holy Spirit, a sin stained soul cannot be united with God or enter heaven so the unbelievers are now separated from God and will be separated eternally from God if they refuse the forgiveness God offers them.

To demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus. -- Romans 3:26

The disciples asked The Lord Jesus -- ''Are there few who are saved'' The Lord said --

You can enter God's Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose the easy way. But the gateway to life is small, and the road is narrow, and only a few ever find it. -- Matthew 7:13.

The question is, why would a loving God let the majority go to hell and only let the minority into heaven?, The Bible is clear in saying that God wants all to saved, God wants every soul in His kingdom. Example --

The Lord....... is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. - 2 Peter 3:9

Another example -

God our Saviour who desires all to be saved and come to the knowledge of Truth, for there is one God and one Mediator between God and men the Man Christ Jesus. -1 Timothy2:4

We can clearly see in those two verses (and others) that the Lord wants everyone saved, but even though God basically opened the gates of heaven because of what Christ did on the cross -- the majority of people will still reject the Truth! But you please don't do that and don't be fearful just remember what God says --

You shall know the Truth and the Truth shall make you free. --John 8:32

The message of the Holy Bible is clear, only those who have truly received forgiveness of sins by believing that the Son of God died on the cross for their sins and that God resurrected Him will be saved. The only thing you need to do to be saved is accept that! And the Holy Bible as the word of God and acknowledge who the true God is with a willingness to try follow His ways. --

And it will come to pass that whoever calls on the name of The Lord will be saved. -- Acts 2:21

Believe on The Lord Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved. --Acts 16:31

I Am the resurrection, and the life, he who believes in Me, though he may die, yet he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this? -- Acts 2:21

Now if you have believed the Truth and have put your trust in the Lord, you should rejoice because your sins are forgiven, you'll never be separated from God, you now have become His child forever, so now you can live the rest of your life knowing your freed from the power of darkness, you can enjoy the peace God gives, and you have a sure hope of heaven because your promised eternal life by the Lord Jesus Christ -- so start rejoicing because your on your way to paradise.

Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. -- Romans 15:13

Oh another Biblical fact you need to know is that not everyone that claims to be a Christian is a Christian! The Holy Bible teaches that there would be many false Christians among the true Christians! Many of these false Christians even go to Church on Sundays and then they live very sinful lifestyle's outside Church, they have no desire to follow the teachings of Christ but at the same time they want to go to heaven when they die, these false Christians deceive themselves they think God is a fool, they think that if they say -- 'I believe in God' and if they turn up for Church a few times a year then God will have a smile on His face -- well these false Christians deliberately deceive themselves. Listen to what our Lord says about such people --

''Not everyone who calls Me Lord, Lord will enter the Kingdom of heaven, but only those who do the will of My Father in heaven. When judgment day comes, many shall say to Me, ' Lord, Lord! In Your Name we have spoken God's message,....... and performed many miracles!' Then I shall say to them, I never knew you, depart from Me, you wicked people''. -- Matthew 7:21

The amazing thing is the Lord is not just referring to false Church going Christians but He also refers to false Christians who proclaimed His message, and did other good deeds in the Name of Christ, these would be false Christian leaders like -- bishops, priests, pastors, and other influential and leading people within’ Christianity’, many of these people are self righteous people they just want power and recognition or their pretending to be Christians for some other personal gains (many actually think their true Christians), they may seem to be very religious but the Bible says these people are without the Holy Spirit. These people are used by Satan and demons without even knowing it! but others are sent in to the churches to try turn people away from the Christian faith both people outside the Church and within and to try plant false teachings which cause religious confusion -- for example -- like in the traditional Christian churches -- Catholic, Protestant, and Eastern Orthodox, they follow teachings of men 'traditions' instead of the Word of God!

Those men are not true disciples - they are false disciples, who lie about their work and disguise themselves to look like real disciples of Christ. Well, no wonder! Even Satan can disguise himself as an angel of light! So it is no great thing if his servants disguise themselves to look like servants of righteousness. -- 2 Corinthians 11:11

These false Christians are not just in the traditional Christian churches but also in the Evangelical and Pentecostal/Charismatic churches. Anyway don't let this trouble you too much, The Lord will protect you and if you love the Truth you'll not be led astray and you'll see through false 'Christians'. Anyway don't focus on 'Christians' focus on the Christ and let Him and the Word of God guide you
